Welcome to Devon Counselling & Psychotherapy
People often come to therapy feeling alone with thoughts and feelings they’ve been holding quietly. You might seem like you have it all together—but inside, it can feel heavy, overwhelming, or disconnected. You are welcome here just as you are.

I work with adults who feel stuck, burnt out, or unsettled beneath the surface, including those who are used to quietly coping. Here, you don’t have to hold it all together.

I offer a steady, non-judgmental space to explore what’s going on, notice patterns, and find ways of relating to yourself and others that feel more supportive and sustainable. You don’t need the right words—we’ll figure things out together.

How Long Does Therapy Take?
It can sometimes take a few sessions to work out the best way forward and, as such, therapy is often seen as a commitment. The duration of therapy depends on the reasons for coming and the complexity.
Creativity Within Sessions
There may be situations where you benefit from working creatively, particularly when recalling painful events. Some clients have found it helpful to incorporate art into their sessions as a way of exploring and expressing their emotions.
