As an NCPS-registered counsellor scheduled to complete specialist training with the University of Oxford, I will be offering a dedicated clinical sleep programme from November 2026.
This programme is designed to target the root psychological and behavioural causes of insomnia to permanently rebuild your natural sleep drive. It consists of an initial clinical assessment and 6 structured, targeted CBT-I sessions, which are most effective when attended weekly; this allows you time to practice the techniques in your daily life between our meetings. Sessions are available both online and in-person.

Flexible payment options are available to support you. The programme fee can be split into two instalments of £297.50, with the first due upon booking and the final balance payable after session three. Please let me know your preference when I contact you in mid-November.
