About me
I am a qualified integrative therapist serving Cullompton and the surrounding area providing face-to-face, walk and talk (depending on location), and online sessions. Whether we are working together in-person in Devon, or via online video from your home in London, Surrey, or further afield, I work in a way that respects your individual pace and what feels most helpful to you.

I appreciate that if you've never had therapy before, taking that first step to speak with someone new is a significant and courageous move. As a human being first, and a trained therapist with both lived and clinical experience, I provide a warm and secure space where you can openly share your thoughts without judgement, ensuring you feel genuinely heard and supported.
I completed my training with Heartwood Counselling & Psychotherapy in Dartington, Devon, which involved the study and practice of various counselling and psychotherapeutic approaches.

My background includes mentoring in higher education, which has given me a deep understanding of the pressures and transitions people face when navigating their futures.

I work with people from all backgrounds with varying perspectives on life and with a diverse range of issues. Issues I work with include anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem.

Ethical practice

In line with my dedication to professional practice, I follow the ethical framework established by the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS). This framework guides my work as a therapist and ensures a safe environment for my clients. I am a fully insured, accredited registrant member of the NCPS and have an enhanced DBS. Additionally, I participate in regular supervision as per NCPS guidelines to uphold ethical standards.
