Cancellation policy
 

Please note that 48 hours’ notice of cancellation is required if no fee is to be incurred. If, for any reason, you do need to cancel, I will endeavour to offer an alternative slot for that week (where possible). Otherwise, the session is fully chargeable. This allows me time to offer slots to those who are on the waiting list. If you have paid in advance of this and cancelled within this timeframe, you will receive a full refund which will be processed within 48 hours of cancellation.
